ABOUT THE EXHIBIT For 51 years AP photographer Nick Ut has photographed a wide range of influential stories in news, sports, riots, fires, presidents, the trial of the century, and many celebrities. But in June 8, 1972, the image of a naked 9-year-old girl running down Route 1 in Trang Bang after an aerial napalm attack, captured the world's attention and earned him a Pulitzer Prize.
A compilation of his work depicting his career will be on display at The Perfect Exposure Gallery.
The Perfect Exposure Gallery welcomes Nick Ut's friends and admirers to his Retirement Party and wishing him well in his continued endeavor: his passionate pursuit of story telling.
